As Night Audit, you are the calm, reliable presence who ensures that our guests feel cared for and safe throughout the night. You keep operations running smoothly while the city sleeps - balancing guest interaction, security, and accuracy in nightly reporting. During the pre-opening, you will help establish procedures, systems, and routines that define our overnight operations from day one. Your main responsibilities will be:
Guest Experience & Safety
Deliver warm, professional and attentive service during the night. Handle late arrivals, assist guests with requests and maintain a calm, welcoming atmosphere.
Night Operations & Audit
Execute nightly procedures including the daily closing, audit reports, and system checks. Ensure all transactions are correct and ready for the next business day.
Security & Emergency Management
Monitor the property, handle emergencies according to protocol, and ensure a safe and secure environment for guests and colleagues.
Communication & Handover
Prepare detailed shift handovers and communicate clearly with morning and day teams to ensure seamless continuity.
Professional Development

For this position we only consider parttime (24h per week) applications!
The salary for this position is based on the Austrian collective agreement for the hotel industry; for pay group 3, it amounts to € 2.330,00 for a 40h week.
