As Host / Hostess at Boca, you are the first smile our guests meet and the lasting impression they take with them. You embody the warmth and ease of Mediterranean hospitality - welcoming guests with genuine attention, managing reservations and flow, and creating a calm, organized atmosphere at the heart of a lively restaurant. Your main responsibilities will be to:
Welcome and seat guests with warmth and care
Greet every guest genuinely, manage walk-ins and reservations, and ensure each arrival feels effortless and well cared for.
Coordinate guest flow and communication
Work closely with the FOH and kitchen teams to manage seating, pacing and communication, ensuring a smooth and balanced service.
Manage reservations & guest preferences
Oversee the reservation system, note special requests, and help create personalized experiences for returning guests and new visitors alike.
Represent Boca’s spirit and style
Bring calm, confidence and charm to the front of house, reflecting Boca’s Mediterranean character and The Companion Vienna’s thoughtful, community-driven atmosphere.
Support service and special events
Assist the service team during peak hours or events, helping to maintain seamless coordination and an inviting flow throughout the restaurant.
