As Front Office Agent, you are the heart and face of The Companion Vienna - the first impression and lasting memory for our guests. You ensure that every arrival, stay and departure feels effortless, personal and warm. You will join an established team and play an active role in further developing our procedures, systems and overall guest experience. Your main responsibilities will be:
Guest Experience & Service
Deliver warm, genuine and efficient service at every guest touchpoint - from check-in to check-out and everything in between. Handle requests with care, provide thoughtful recommendations and create memorable moments for our guests.
Operations & Standards
Follow Front Office procedures and brand standards with attention to detail. Ensure accuracy in reservations, payments and guest data, contributing to smooth daily operations.
Communication & Teamwork
Work hand in hand with your colleagues and other departments to ensure a seamless guest experience. Communicate clearly during handovers and actively support your team during busy times.
Upselling & Revenue Contribution
Confidently promote hotel services and upselling opportunities that enhance the guest experience while contributing to the hotel’s financial success.
Continuous Learning & Development
Take an active role in your own growth. Participate in trainings, seek feedback and continuously build your knowledge of our brand, systems and service approach.
